Exceptional Everything was good Everything was clean and the front desk staff was very nice and welcoming !! I also loved the security gates at night I felt very safe I love this hotel and everytime I go to Houston I’m staying here!
Clean, Safe, Comfortable and Modern Everything was great! Thank you. Location was great and easy to find. Food, grocery and pharmacy close by. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. Staff from the front desk and cleaning crew were super friendly. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Beds were comfortable. Loved how clean/modern the facilities looked. Very Good The people in the room next to sounded like they were Having a party with loud music The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly
It was easy access to the highway and convent to most places. Smokers that were smoking two feet outside the building, our city ordinance makes them one 30 feet away from any entrance to respect air space. It was adequate
