Fairly well pleasing Nice and quite I liked the location and the staff was nice but our housekeeping staff was a little disappointing with our room upkeeping we didn’t have an iron in our room and our towels had to be replaced and was left at the front desk but overall I’m satisfied

Good Clean rooms daily spent 4 days room was not cleaned and bed not made up two days, had to go ask for fresh towels due to this. "Both days I had told the cleaning lady the room was empty ok to go in and clean. She said ok both times still no cleaning." Otherwise great place to stay!! Great location, price was ok, staff great other than the cleaning crew.
Awesome The iron didnt work so had a problem ironing before my event. Great staff and location to my event.

Great Stay My aunt and uncle did not have an iron in their room, we let them use ours. Besides that, there were no issues. The breakfast was nice, you grabbed a bag and they had juice available. The room was clean and spacious. I really enjoyed my stay here. I've decided if I come back to that particular area of Houston, I will stay again. I really enjoyed it!
