Not our best La Quinta experience Apparently there was a power outage in the area and so the elevator was out of order. We were on the 4th floor. The stairwells were VERY dimly lit, VERY hot and full of trash (beer cans in windows, along with paper waste). It appeared that these areas were being painted/renovated, so I assume the trash is from the contractors. Either way, off-putting. Convenient I've been staying in different La Quintas along the road and it's worth mentioning that breakfast was better than others. Not a lot of choices but just enough, tasted good and was refreshing. It was my choice for yhis trip because they accept pets with no extra charge.
