Pleasant Room was not ready when we got there after 3pm. Had to wait an additional 45 minutes after checking in for room to be cleaned. Cleaning lady stayed on her cell phone the whole time. Breakfast was good.

it was great it would have been nice to have more pillows ...I like a lot of pillows the beds were very comfy!!
Overall good Hotel but needs some upgrading on service and information We accept that some hotels accept Pets but there was nothing to warn us when booking to be continually woken up by barking dogs was a bit upsetting the staff did as much as they could but a barking dog at 6.30 in morning it's woken you up and spoiled the morning Breakfast was good but staff who don't speak any English was impossible to get any help and sitting area wasn't kept clean so if you were a late at tender the tables were dirty and not welcoming H... read more
