It was nicer than I expected and convenient to airport. Bed was hard. Prefer softer with pillow top. Walk-in shower, big TV, cleanliness
Muito conforto e baixo preço. Localização excelente, próximo de vários centros de compras e restaurantes. Quarto bem espaçoso, banheiro completo. Atendimento excelente, indo além do esperado.

Other then the issues I've stated above, my stay was great. Issues was very fraustrating/problematic The television. The satellite stayed out for 3 days during my first two weeks. I couldn't watch important shows, which is bad and dangerous because you don't know what's going on in the city. Had to wait days for Dish to send someone out to fix it. It was fine for what I needed,... The housekeeping staff was extremely inconsistent. Only on days when I left request notes was my room cleaned to standard (basic vacuum, towel service, mirror wipe). Once during my stay the housekeeping staff left my door ajar... I called the front desk and was assured it was "just an oversight". Good thing I keep all my valuables with me while I travel. Overall, the hotel is decent. The breakfast was not good. There wasn't a lot of choices and it was the exact same thing each day. The hotel is in a good location, and the staff was friendly.

I was in town for my son's wedding & staying closeby was awesome! My coffee pot didn't work properly in the room. There was a mixup with the dates I would be staying (went through an online agent) but they cleared it all up. Then when I noticed I didn't have a bathtub, only a shower, they were able to move me quickly to another room. The staff was excellent in helping accommodate me!
