Buen lugar para alojarse con la familia Nada, el hotel cumplió con nuestras expectativas. La amabilidad del personal, a pesar de que habías tenido un problema con el suministro eléctrico ajeno al hotel, buscaron la forma de darnos una solución adecuada a nuestras necesidades. En general el hotel es muy bueno, cómodo y bien ubicado si estás de paso por Houston y no tienes necesidad de moverte por el downtown.
Good The doors from the room have big gap you can hear everything. Windows are not safe !! They can open and you literally fall off you don’t realize the window is open. That’s major safety issue for me! I am just glad my husband and I had business trip. I wouldn’t stay here when we go out for family gateways. We have children that’s very dangerous. As well breakfast bags that they make was not enough for guest. They should of prepared them selfs better on the breakfast.
Una excelente atención Tener que moverme de habitación Lo ubica malo tuvieron un daño de energía pero las personas que trabajan allí, fueron muy amables. El servicio excelente y el lugar muy acogedor y tranquilo.
