Room felt dated. The walls are thin. I could hear dogs coming from another room. The door didn’t open to the first room I was assigned to, the dead bolt was in place. The location is great. I was given a new room right away upon request.

Surviving Texas Winter Storm The room was missing a piece of furniture, like a sofa and table. The lamps did not work, changed the bulbs but did not work. The bed pillows were extra firm which had me tossing during the night. The value for a king room with hot tub. The location was with walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Definition of Hospitality The only thing that I can say wasn't good was the weather and power outage due to the weather conditions I love that this hotel offers real hospitality, which is lacking in so many other places I've stayed. Ms. Brenda was able to accommodate my request. I actually felt like a guest here I felt respected and valued and that makes the world of a difference to me because thats not usually the case since I'm a bit "Different" but I wasn't judged, criticized or underestimated as a person.
