Awesome I felt rushed when it was time to checkout. I asked for late checkout and was advised it wasn't available. I received 3 phone calls and ultimately a room visit from the guy working the front desk. We were walking out as he approached the door. I would appreciate the option for late checkout especially when you have reserved one of the best rooms in the hotel. The front desk rep who assisted me with check in was wonderful. Pleasant The room was nice with the jacuzzi but the walls were paper thin and then it was a lot of noise in hallway which you heard so good cause it had a 2-3 inch gap under door which you seen light or shadow. Then the housekeeper came knocking at the door at 11:30 the next day like we was suppose to be gone already. So I know my check out time was 12 and I told her and she took a deep breath and blow out like she was mad cause we still there.
