Pleasant The room was nice with the jacuzzi but the walls were paper thin and then it was a lot of noise in hallway which you heard so good cause it had a 2-3 inch gap under door which you seen light or shadow. Then the housekeeper came knocking at the door at 11:30 the next day like we was suppose to be gone already. So I know my check out time was 12 and I told her and she took a deep breath and blow out like she was mad cause we still there. Pleasant Beds and staff was nice Cause there is a nice bed and shower when I got off work and that's all I needed

Exceptional This place is always excellent in what they offer. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help with any issues immediately. We have found this to be our priority hotel when staying in the Houston area. I would recommend this place to anyone!
