Exceptional I lost a expensive hunting knife I used to cut up fruit somewhere on property. They actively looked for it and found it in their parking lot the next day and called me. I went back to pick it up and tried to give lady at front desk a reward for who found it and she refused to accept it!
I would stay at this place again. Nothing to hate. The staff were genuinely very helpful with everything. Complimentary tea packs in the room and the manager personally asked if we were having any problems. Don't see that everyday.

Clean, convenient facility with very friendly staff! 1. Needed one more chair in room and/or place to sit suit case for ease of access. 2. I question the reason for a hot tub in the room w/ floor to ceiling mirrors...seems unnecessary. If filled with water with unattended, small children...could be tragic. 3. Last time I stayed in this hotel they did not have desk/chair in room...this time they did. 4. stayed 3-nights and noted in return to hotel in the evening, the main sign was not lit...created a little stress in turning ... read more

All in all happy with the stay. would consider coming back. Breakfast is a bit standard. (though you can make fresh waffles which the kids loved!) Excellent location with shops (Food, groceries. phramacy, etc.. just a couple of mins drive away) Staff very freindly and helpful
Good
I only slept and showered there so it served the purpose well. It was hard to get to from the east. Much too easy to miss the turn under to go east on I-10 when traveling west at the spaghetti bowl where 99 Parkway crosses. There was a La Quinta at Barker Cypress that would have been much more convenient for me. Parking was available and staff was courteous and helpful.
