DOG HAIR INFESTED BED!!! VERY NASTY BEDS!!! The sofa bed was full of Dog Hair,it was disgusting,there wasn’t anyone available to clean the room,Lisa the manger was very rude about it.She gave me cleaning supplies to clean the room myself.On top of that they charged me for it after Brenda stated to me I wouldn’t be charged.I had to dispute the charges through my bank.Drove six(6) hours only to be giving the most deplorable bed I’ve ever seen in my life. Disappointing
I did not feel safe. Other customers there. I did not feel safe. I was unfamiliar with the town and area. The halls were noisy at night. The person across the hall from us smoked marijuana each night we were there. This is not the place to bring your family. I did not feel safe at the facility. The only reason I did not ask for a refund is because the place was pet friendly and my husband was there to protect us.
Fair There were a couple of dogs on our hall which made for a loud evening. Thankfully they were quiet from 10pm on. The floor in our room was also sort of greasy. I can tell it has been cleaned but it seems like maybe the cleaner left residue behind. Also. Our room had three lumpy pillows. I was glad I brought my own. The front desk staff was friendly and the hotel overall was clean and recently updated.
Pure misery Where to start. It was like sleeping in a dog pound under a freeway. Dogs on every floor barking, one across the hall, all night, every night. The halls even smelled like wet dog. The bed was rock hard, the pillows were essentially an inch and a half of hard foam.. Homeless guy sleeping by the pool. Some kids hung out in the parking lot with doors and trunk open so we all had to feel and hear their loud crap. Fair The bed was terrible, and the noise level was ridiculous. The location to my office was great.
Disappointing The rooms are very large with not enough seating options to choose from such as couch, chair, etc. When you walk in it’s very clean
