Fair There were people smoking in the stairwell, staff was hard to find, lots of yelling throughout the hallways.. They went through the trouble if a remodel, the floors were poorly done into a laminate hardwood, which means they don't have to vacuum, but also means they're not mopping often enough. It looked nasty. The room itself was okay. They had a small store and restaurants nearby.

Disappointing The surrounding area was extremely racist and prejudice but it was too late to leave . The beds were super uncomfortable and the blankets were extremely thin .

Disappointing Not as clean as we were led to believe, a handful of things in our room were broken/nonfunctional, patched but unpainted holes in three different walls, chair heavily damaged by some kind of animal, and *so many* people without masks--and they try to get on the tiny elevator with you six at a time (true story), or get mad at *you* when you don't want to rub up against them or something; and the poor desk lady *literally* had something thrown at her the one time I saw her mention masks to someone! Unbelievable The shower didn’t work, half of the water came out of the shower head and the other half out of the spout. The mattresses had springs that were uncomfortable and made noise. The room smelt old and like mildew. Part of the decor was broken and / or missing from the room. The walls were paper thing and when a door shut it slammed and shook the walls. Room is clean and check in/check out staff nice, but ultimately we could hardly sleep due to noise. Pillows were uncomfortable, but main issue was that the room is LOUD. We could hear doors slamming every 10-20 minutes all throughout the night. Absolutely no noise break from hallway sound coming into the rooms. Check in staff was friendly, 12pm check out is nice, room felt clean.
