I love this hotel overall Location of room since i did come with pets. The Staff wad accomodating and friendly and that they are pet friendly.

We do everything possible to put guests with pets on the first floor but as we are a small hotel, only 55 rooms, and we have many guests with pets that is not always available. I love this hotel overall I should have been put in a more convenient room like at the end if the hall since I have pets instead if in the middle of the hallway. That I could bring my dogs

We do apologize if you did not get the location you were desiring and we do put every effort into giving first floor and end of hallways for pet owners but unfortunately all those rooms are already taken due to the large amount of pet owners we do have stay with us. We hope it was not too much of an inconvenience and we do hope to serve you again in the future.

We've used this hotel numerous times and will use it again on our next trip to Seabrook. Good value for the price and location if very good for our purpos.

Okay for a quick stay for the money. Limited parking, dump linens, wasn't able to close curtains. The heater wasn't working. Fast late night check-in. The guy at the front desk was very helpful and polite. The area was quiet. I was able to late check out. Breakfast was small but wasn't a problem.
