Convenient Beds were a bit too soft and worn Cleanliness and lots of coffee

We are required by LaQunita to have all Pillow Top Serta mattresses which all of our rooms have. We understand some people prefer a firmer mattress but we must go by Corporate policy. excellent stay otherwise Dogs were barking excessively in room 311 but the night manager handled the situation well.. thank you
