Exceptional Elevator was not operating Friendly staff. Very clean

This was worth the 8hr drive! Lots of construction going on around Kemah, but it's not the hotels fault. The only thing I didn't like is they need more vending machines for snacking and hygiene products. This was our 1st family vacation, we drove from Oklahoma City. I brought my pittbull (he's big but he's not even 1 yet). The hotel not only was completely hospitable in helping us figure out where an what to do while visiting, but they just loved my pup! Good No breakfast provided, reason given was Covid but other Texas hotels are providing “as advertised” complimentary breakfast or an upon request breakfast “bag”. Elevator wasn’t working. No pet disposal station.

We did have to stop breakfast due to COVID and then have been waiting on Health Dept permits to restart it which took some time and we now have and started breakfast again on May 22. Breakfast was not being advertised prior to May 12 if you will notice on your reservation confirmation it states No Meal Plan included.
