Will definently book with this motel again. Good proximity to my daughters home. No complaints at all. Stayed in bed to long so didnt make it for breakfast. My fault. Room was perfect .staff friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed the pool also. No complaints

Good The elevator was not working but due to a last minute cancellation, we were able to get a room on the first floor so that didn’t affect us. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Okay for the price no elevator, broken furniture Bed was comfortable

We are unfortunately still waiting on parts from Germany for the elevator and it will probably be 2 more months from what we are being told from the elevator company. Thankfully there are only 2 floors that at most a guest would have to walk to. We did not find any broken furniture in your room if you would contact us letting us know what piece it was so we could address it right away we would be thankful.
Awesome The only problem I had was that most of the electrical sockets did not work. I tried both sockets in the restroom and one on the side of the bed. Since I was only staying one night I didn't complain. Also the front desk gets left unattended after 10 p.m. There was a sign with a phone number to call but when you call the number it rang to the front desk, makes no sense. We do close front desk at 11pm although we have an Overnight Attendant there every night from 11p to 7am for anything guest may need or late check ins that have been set up. They do laundry behind front desk as well and the washers and dryers can be loud I will make sure to relay that she needs to keep phone ringer on high and be aware. Cool and clean, comfortable room. We were shown great courtesy! Looking forward to our next stay! I felt badly for the establishment due to the elevator which was not in use - I do not have anything to dislike. Although the elevator was not working properly and not in use, Sergio took care of delivering our luggage himself to our room which was large, clean and COOL. Thank you so very much for the courtesy you provided. Looking forward to staying at this location when I am back in the area!!
