Pleasant The first floor is tired and musty. No meat at breakfast. Powdered eggs? The location was great.

Pleasant The floor of our room hadn't been cleaned. There was trash on the floor which makes you wonder if they had even cleaned the room. One of the elevators wasn't working like it should. The doors didn't always open. It's close to MD Anderson and Great food however the room was lacking & has us questioning if we would stay there again

Exceptional Clean room, helpful staff, good breakfast (Ms. Donna makes the best coffee, and her eggs are never runny) She always joyful and helpful. I have to give a special shout out to Ms. Rosa in housekeeping for keeping my room clean and smelling good. I even left something very dear to me in the room and she had it safely put away until I asked about it. Thank you Ms. Rosa! Thanks to Sarah in front desk for being helpful and understanding.
