La Quinta Stafford Houston Management made 3 attempts to get me in a clean room with laundry service ... lavatory did not have cold water ... room did not have soap to wash ... overheard management expressing difficulties with other guests ... breakfast area was not attended and items were empty and not refilled Room was clean and nice

It was a nice place surround by places to eat and by the highway The work out room was down and the elevator need cleaning Room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the service and staff were good. Location was great

Pleasant The beds made a loud metal clanking sound, the bathroom door was difficult to close shut and unstick to open and 2 of our pillows smelled horrendously sour. The halls and elevators are old, dirty and smelly. There's chipped paint all throughout the place. And the woman in the front initially tried to make is wait another hour for our rooms until I asked for a discount, then suddenly our rooms were ready. It was a great size room, very cold and great central location.
