My family was satisfied. Beds were too firm. Guest rooms were given a card on file and staff requested guest for form of payment. Rooms provided by their mother.Had to call to get them to credit back my daughter. I got the rooms for them. Staff was apologetic and fixed the issue. Close proximity to relatives.. Staff very friendly.

Pleasant There was a lot of construction that we weren't aware of on our floor before checkin. The bed was comfy and the desk agent was nice.
