Good Someone was knocking that the door at night and calling the room phone also at night and no breakfast and booking.com said it did have breakfast that was the most disappointing thing. The staff was very nice and helpful
Leisure stay There were no bath soap or shampoo in restroom, I had to request it. There were also no accessible electrical sockets to plug in or to charge our devices. We had to unplug the room clock and move desks/furniture to get to electrical sockets. Customer Service was good. Had an issue turning on TV and front desk sent someone quickly. Extra towels were provided upon request, and when I requested shampoo it was given as well.
