Fair My family had 2 rooms,Rm 411 wasn't really clean, there was hair in the bathroom tub and sink, knob missing off of the bathroom door. The cleaning people didn't empty the trash, the tub had stains. Rm 410 was a little better but not much The beds were comfortable

Oh boy! The bed was horrible. The mattress was severely worn out and should have been replaced. Went down to the front desk to change rooms and I was told that they were sold out. This was a 3 night stay and most of the staff just passed the buck and didn’t really care about my comfort. The other issues were the bath tub was stained and looked like it was not clean. Bueno, pero necesitan mejorar la calidad en la limpieza y la comodidad de las camas. La habitación estaba muy sucia. Había mucho polvo. Parecía que no habian cambiado las sabanas y solo habian hecho la cama. Me quede 3 noches, no pude dormir las primeras dos noches, se me hacia muy incomodo, las sabanas no eran nada comodas. Muy buena ubicación. Zona tranquila. Mucho parqueo. El desayuno estaba muy rico. El personal es super amable y atento.

The restroom was not cleaned very well. We had hudge stains on the floor and the table had burnt marks. The hot tub was broke down and the room was not the cleanest. Staff was nice, location was good.

Not again Room had extreme smell of pet urine. Couldn't get rid of it no matter what we used. Had staff spray their chemicals and still didnt help. Also, got an eye infection from using their pillows. Bathroom door did not even have a lock or a normal door handle. Wasn't even a normal door on bathroom. Lighting tucked. Had to have curtains open just for light. Location was good
