Disappointing
We had a great trip, but not sure if I would stay here, because parking charges are ridiculous Pool was closed, outside area was not cleaned daily, had to fo to front desk to let them know a few times. Room was not as clean as I would like. Spider website in the windows and windows smeared. Sink in restroom was plastered together. I think charging for parking us ridiculous. Oh, the elevator was broken for a day or so. My trip, breakfast was fine, need bacon and front desk staff was nice.
Bad Read things I did like and that was nothing I was charged three times for my room for two nights Nothing booking.com charged me twice and then the hotel decides to charge me again which charge three times for one room for two nights unbelievable was told it would go directly back in my account three days later I call the manager acts like they don't even know or have even heard of it unbelievable f****** pissed off

Poor Serious lack of maintenance. Pool has apparently been out of order for over a month ( Las Vegas in the summer - you need a pool!, and that’s what I paid for). Cigarette butts around the property grounds. Light in bathroom broken. Breakfast was okay, location was good.

Alright, would be back if everything was running smoothly Pool was closed, elevator was not working, ac in room hallways was out and in the elevator. Quality of the room was nice but needs to be deep cleaned. DEEP CLEANED. Very comfortable, great staff
