Okay Beds were not made on second day because a pillow which was brought from home was simply laying on the bed. Staff said they could not make bed because personal item was left on bed. Completely ridiculous and laziness.

Not good but doable. The staff was so uninformed about where our dogs could go to a park since there property is limited in resources for pets. The bathtub was SO dirty. There was no place green on the property for the dogs. They clam to be a dog hotel. There is little to no place for a dog to pee or poop. There were 3 Farrell cats that were running around and my dog went crazy. There was a dog park just a few blocks away that they could have told us about when we got there! Will not stay here We had no shower head, had to call to get installed. Room smelled. Air conditioner didn’t work right and had a loud noise when on.
