Room was dirty Our room however didn’t seem to be clean. I used to be in housekeeping so I can tell when a room hadn’t been cleaned. The bathtub was disgusting and covered in dirt along the bottom. Our air conditioner also didn’t seem to work so it was very hot in the room. Looks really nice from the outside and the staff was great.

Poor No room service, no breakfast, I had to switch rooms because my first room had a infestation which was extremely disgusting when I called the front desk they apologized but then told me to go recheck in to get a new room key at the front desk after lugging my luggage around extremely frustrating The room was nice bed was comfortable and the second room was clean

Accessibility Door entry was complicated. It was too hard to open. Bathroom tub wasn't clean. Toilet seat wasn't installed properly. Proximity. Front desk was awesome!

Disappointed. We have stayed at this location over 5 times in the past and loved it but this time it seems like the company just doesn't care about the customers. No mention of sanitizing for Covid-19, just offered hand sanitizer at the front desk. Had to have our key cards replaced 8 times in 2 days. Couldn't get into the building or room many many times .Bathtub was dirty and didn't drain. Told that back entrance was broken, and it appeared like it has been for awhile. should compensate for no breakfast bar also keep property more cleaned wasn't vacuums hallways in d letting your customers know what they can expect like no breakfast bar Booking advertisement said there was a continental breakfast and there was none when I arrive there's no breakfast bar at all...

Wish i could say it was the best but false advertising at its BEST Need to update no breakfast included also need to announce no cleaning from housekeeping on ad because that is false advertising So upon arrival it was stated that breakfast was included once i paid for room i was then told no housekeeping nor was breakfast included also when paying i was told i paid for all 4 nights i needed but that ended up being a lie . Would not stay there again The staff were not friendly The carpet is dirty in the hallways and dog hair in most areas. The room wasn’t as clean as I expected. The bathroom grout was a mess. Stains on the grout around bathtub. Big stain in bathtub The entry door to the rooms do not slam Good location
