The room was not clean, and hair was found on bed sheets. The shower head needs to be cleaned.
Property is clean and accessible. The down side was that one elevator was broken and the ice machines on the 1st and 4th floor were not working.
Needs carpet upgrades
The staff was helpful and kind, the rooms clean, and the location convenient. The shower pressure and heat level was a little low on both counts. Would have liked a little more ability to adjust. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in time was at 3, but we arrived around noon and had an event to be at around 3, so we asked if there was a way to check in early.
