Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very minimal and food ran out early. Housekeeping was poor, like not bringing clean towels when all the used ones were on the floor. A lot of things were broken, like lamp switches. Bathroom light shorted out frequently. Lack of security with backdoor to building being unlocked. Bed was very comfortable. Location not really convenient for tourists.
Had a great stay at this property room was clean comfy and quiet and area around the property was well kept Didn’t really have much staff interaction but the times I did they were positive and staff was helpful This property is located in a medical mall type area Off of the main streets the parking is great with plenty of room and the area is safe for taking your dog out at night should u need too All in all it’s a great place to stay if u don’t want the hustle and bustle of the strip and all that comes with it I will stay h... read more
Exterior Doors don’t lock, elevator doesn’t work, sleeper sofa needs new mattress. Breakfast was edible.
Room was nice. The elevator is not working. Carpets need cleaning. Back door does not lock. Needs some maintenance, otherwise a nice property,
Good One of two elevators out of order, first floor ice machine out of order, breakfast juice machine out of order, baggage cart out of order. At 1:45 am middle night, fire alarm sounded, every one jumped up , ran out of the building for about 1 hour. Next morning, asked front desk, some pump out of order. So many out of orders?!

Stayed for business, I travel every week for business and this hotel was one of the better ones I have stayed in. It was clean, staff were pleasant and the area was good. I will stay here in the future.
Hotel was very clean and well managed, and the staff was very courteous. Quick check-in and check-our. Love the decor and the breakfast bar. Overall, my family gives the hotel 5 stars for our stay. The only complaint (minor) is that the fitness room is small and could use more weights.
