had a broken shoulder they made sure I was comfortable anything I needed they made sure I had it the bed was not the best it could use an update the staff friendly and helpful
The mattressses need to be updated. I have stayed here many times and each time my credit/debit card is double charged and I have to wait days for this to be corrected That is not good business.

The hotel will be a great place if they clean a little more. As we were walking to our room carpets were very dirty in the hallways, elevators were dirty and our bath tub was also dirty. Loved the lady who prepared breakfast, I have to say that she was super nice, awesome attitude, helpful, pleasant, I Can truly say she loves her job.

Wonderful I didn't have any issues everything was great How fast the set up for my reservation was and the breakfast was amazing it really made my whole day after eating the breakfast
