Ok, expected better. Extremely slow elevators. Front desk staff fluctuated from friendly and efficient to barely speaking and acknowledging guest. Construction and people congestion on 32 st. made it extra annoying to get too and from hotel building. Near subway. Good room size, comfortable and clean.
