Weniger komfortabel Keine Frischluft. Fenster dürfen nicht geöffnet werden. Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist extrem laut. Lüfter oä von außen ist sehr laut. Matratze ist sehr weich. Gute Lage. Sehr freundlicher Zimmerservice
Fair Es konnte kein Fenster geöffnet werden. Die Ausstattung war schon sehr alt und das Bett durchgelegen. Der Teppichboden sah nicht mehr frisch aus. Das Personal war bemüht uns ein größeres Zimmer zu geben.
Great location, good hotel but be mindful of where your room is in this hotel My room! We got a room with a view of machinery that constantly made noise. We had no natural light in our room so we left the curtains closed the whole stay. We had requested a room on a high floor with a city view, if possible, we got the exact opposite. The WiFi was very inconsistent and the elevators service was poor The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff were brilliant

I appreciate the room upgrade and like the location very much, but I would prefer to see some improvements in the rooms Some towels were old and had running threads… some of the pillow case and bed linen were tattered and torn… time to buy some new linen? The ventilation in bathroom would switch on automatically with the lights and it was so loud that the loud noise alert on my Apple Watch would be activated every time I switched on the lights… in other hotels there are separate switches for the lights and ventilator. Overpriced dirty lacking hotel. Dirty Location
Lage war gut, Kaution nicht zurückerhalten trotz mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme! Wir haben 3 Monate danach immer noch nicht unsere Kaution zurückerhalten. Mehrere Mails wurden nicht beantwortet. Für den Preis finde ich es eine Unverschämtheit, dass die Kaution von 50 $ nicht zurücküberwiesen wurde. Vielleicht Masche??? Denn das Hotel hat uns auch keine Begründung für die Nichtüberweisung gegeben. Die Lage war uns wichtig. Zentral gelegen und fussläufig wie auch mit der Subway alles gut erreichbar. Esperienza ORRIBILE! Una vergogna!! La camera era completamente sporca. Una sera ho trovato una blatta in bagno. Il giorno seguente l’ho fatto presente alla reception la quale voleva cambiarmi istanza ma era impossibile perché bisognava sistemare tutte le valigie ed io il giorno dopo dovevo andare via.
