Exceptional Que cierren la expendedora de café por la tarde. Y que haya un bar público en el piso 14. Entraba y salia gente del hotel, por la noche, sin ningún control La ubicación y la atención del personal
Exceptional O fato do espelho ser no corredor e não ter ângulo e nos eua raramente tem em hotéis o frigobar, alugamos no hotel mesmo, mas sendo taxa extra. Adorei o hotel, bem localizado, metrô, mercado, farmácia e locais para comer bem pertinho. Equipe bem gentil do hotel e atenciosa, limpeza impecável e como ficamos 12 dias sempre tínhamos a limpeza e trocas de toalhas.
Wonderful Não ter café da manhã. A localização é muito boa. Estação de metrô próxima. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos.

Perfect location for NYC stay, shopping & sights It was raining. It would be nice if they had a few umbrellas, even for sale at the hotel & a snack counter or machine Great location, 2 blocks away from Penn Station , walking distance to all main attractions, nice clean, comfortable rooms, no food onsite, just the room, great hotel for a city break, will call you their in house taxi to drop you to the airport at a flat rate (flate rate does not include tolls or tip) Great stay, will stay again x
