Exceptional
Great for solo or couple travelers on a budget. I wish they had more channels on the TV or available streaming services, but I didn't spend much time in the room so it wasn't an issue but something I think they could update. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this location to anyone traveling to NYC alone, it is affordable and in a very convenient location. I lost my key card on the second day, and they gave me another one with no hassle at all. I would definitely book again.

Very Good There was no View from second floor but other than that was a nice place to stay. Very close to Penn Station. Close to metro and bus stations.

No geral, estadia muito boa. Recomendamos o hotel. A cama é grande, mas bem macia então talvez algumas pessoas não gostem. Faltou realmente um frigobar, mas você pode pegar água filtradas grátis no subsolo. E tem uma máquina de gelo no quarto andar. Fizeram um bloqueio de U$ 5 no meu cartão que depois eles me falaram que iriam desbloquear. Tem só dois elevadores e a concorrência é grande dependendo do horário e da época do ano.
