Very enjoyable! Dear Hotel at Fifth Avenue, You might consider some way of reducing noise from the street? At first we had a room facing the street, but, while ”the city that never sleeps” sounds exciting, after a couple of nights it is a bit taxing though. But you were very nice in giving us another room, thank you! Easy to choose which way to go for the day, uptown or downtown, being in the middle of Manhattan. Empire State Building right in front of you is definitely a bonus as well.

Exceptional a window that cannot be opened why is there no toilet brush? This is a very good hotel. Its location is excellent, the room is surprisingly large, I really did not expect that. The bathroom has everything you need. Only, when you use up a little hair shampoo, you won't get another one. The staff is very friendly (except for one, but that is not the rule, but the exception). The others were all very kind. I am very satisfied with my entire stay in New York, where this hotel was my home for 12 days.
