Exceptional the staff at the hotel were very helpful the room was clean and nothing was too much trouble i would stay there again.Very close to all attractions with the subway so close.

Very enjoyable! Dear Hotel at Fifth Avenue, You might consider some way of reducing noise from the street? At first we had a room facing the street, but, while ”the city that never sleeps” sounds exciting, after a couple of nights it is a bit taxing though. But you were very nice in giving us another room, thank you! Easy to choose which way to go for the day, uptown or downtown, being in the middle of Manhattan. Empire State Building right in front of you is definitely a bonus as well.
