Great location! Heater was really noisy. We got use to the street sounds eventually, but it's a very busy street in Korea town and the windows aren't keeping too much noise outside. Sometimes we had hair on our towels. Location is perfect, a street down from the Empire State Building, lot of subway connections and Times Square in walking distance. Exceptional
Pleasant, helpful staff, very clean. They need to get railing to get up front steps. Too near ice machine. Also some room pieces( a dresser) too big for room and had to edge around it to reach bathroom. Extremely clean.

Very Good Biggest problem was the shower which was awful - bathrooms need some attention generally Didn’t have breakfast !
