Thanks very much The hotel should have communicated to me about the unavailability of a lift or ramp to enter the building It would have saved me disappointment and frustration after a long overnight flight from Vancouver to New York There was no ramp or lift for the wheelchair to enter the property I did not stay at the hotel Amr Saad , Complex General Manager was very helpful and found me alternative accommodation in the same area

Soddisfatta! L’hotel affaccia su Korean street, strada abbastanza caotica e rumorosa anche in piena notte, e dalla stanza si sentiva tutto. Ma nel complesso la consiglio! Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo! Posizione ottima, vicino alla metropolitana, la stanza e il bagno non molto grandi, ma puliti e letti grandi e comodi, purtroppo non c’è la colazione, ma di fronte all’hotel c’è un locale che fa buonissimi cappuccini e ha deliziosi cornetti e dolcetti.

Perfetta per visitare NY La pulizia, a parità di stelle, non è da standard italiani. Nella doccia servirebbe un "doccino". La moquette NO. Posizione top. Ottimo rapporto q/p. Camera piccola ma funzionale. Letto comodo.

Maravilhosa Ar condicionado um pouco barulhento, mas não atrapalhou em nada nossa estadia. Da localização que é super centralizada e facilita muito a locomoção para as principais atrações da cidade. Do conforto da cama e do quarto como um todo, que é pequeno, mas não é apertado, atende bem para um casal. Simpatia dos funcionários, super solícitos e receberam encomendas para nós sem custo algum, além de guardar as malas sem custo também. Da máquina de café e água disponíveis e à vontade.

A good choice if you are looking for an inexpensive hotel in NYC. The disconnect between the website and the actual property. It was a much older property than I had anticipated. The room was clean, but there was no refrigerator or microwave, and the electrical outlets were old and not all functioned properly. The staff were friendly and helpful.
