Exceptional Os funcionários do hotel são extremamente gentis, o quarto tinha espelho de corpo todo, armário e cômoda espaçosos, banheiro com chuveiro forte, cama grande, vista para rua e zero barulho. Fizemos check in adiantado e pagamos uma taxa muito justa por isso. No checkout pudemos deixar as malas sem custo algum. No subsolo há café e leite até às 11h, água gelada e quente o tempo todo, uma máquina de venda de doces/refrigerantes/snacks a preços ótimos, nos andares pares há máquina de gelo. Varios aspectos a mejorar Los dos ascensores son muy lentos y para peor a veces uno no funciona. Me asignaron una habitación que daba hacia el pozo de aire y que era muy ruidosa a causa de los aparatos de ventilación. Reconocieron que ese es un problema de todas las habitaciones de esa parte del hotel y ante mi reclamo me cambiaron a otra pero cobrándome una diferencia significativa. Very Good קומה שלישית נוף מחלון לתוך מיטה של מישהו לא ניתן היה להשיג אף אחד במלון לפני הגעה לא ענו לא במיילים לא בטלפון ולא כאן באתר היה סדק בין הדלת לקיר ולכן אור מהמסדרון נכנס לחדר מיקום מצויין מספר דקות הליכה ממדיסון סקוור גארדן ופן סטיישן סטארבקס ופרט קרוב מלא מסעדות וסופר h&m ומייסיס בסביבה קרובה מאד מיטה נוחה נקי צוות חביב מאד מים חמים תמיד
