Not a luxury hotel, but very comfortable in a good location for transportation. In the middle of Korea town, which can Housekeeping would disturb us early, even with a Do not disturb sign on the door. The towels are like sandpaper. Wish hotel guests had privileges to use the rooftop bar ( different management) area prior to the bar opening at 4. Extremely accommodating staff. Estancia muy buena Quizás tener una opción a un pequeño desayuno y en el caso de nuestra habitación, un baño más amplio. Nuestra estancia en el hotel estuvo muy bien! Al principio nos habían dado una habitación más amplia que daba a la calle principal, pero por el ruido y barullo que hubo la primera noche (el hotel está en pleno Koreatown y la calle es muy animada), pedimos que por favor nos cambiasen a una interior y así lo hicieron aunque la habitación era más pequeña. Amazing location not good value for money Overall its okay but we really did pay a lot of money for a room that was a challenge to fit inside. Location is amazing and really close to many main point attractions and amazing restaurants

Good value for the money! Everything was ok. Perhaps the elevator could be quicker, sometimes you need to wait for it, it gets busy. The location is outstanding. Our room was comfortable and very clean, we really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Good value for the money.
