Quality stay in NYC Koreatown is very busy from noon on so the street was kinda tight to move around. Just a location observation though. It was fine for me Clean and convenient... the staff was friendly and accommodating. I couldn't get the wireless on my laptop to work and all I had to do was ask the desk. They gave me a Ethernet cable and got me online right away. Complimentary coffee in the morning and filtered water 24/7 on the lower level. Another plus was the ice machine on floor 4. Staff is nice. The problem :It’s only lack of respect from customers Too much noisy. Avoid a room near the lift. It’s awfull . Every night during all nights, the people come back to their room, making big noises without take care of others customers. It’s really pity, terrible shame. Well located.
