Wonderful חווית הצ'ק אאוט הייתה קשוחה, לא נתנו לנו זמן מעבר לשעת יציאה. שירות של הצוות יוצא מן הכלל , מעבר למה שציפינו. עזרו לנו כשרצינו לקנות כרטיסים ובכל דבר שביקשנו שגם אינו קשור לשהייה במלון. המיקום מעולה ! מרחק הליכה מטיים סקוור, מול האימפייר סטייט, סמוך לברודווי. כל בקשה נענתה מיידית ובחיוך.

Muy caro por lo que es El hotel esta en una calle con muchos bares musicales, y hay ruido toda la noche. Los colchones son muy blandos, se hunden mucho. La cortina del baño da asco. No hay mango de ducha, el agua sale directamente de la pared y no se puede regular la presión del agua. Hay mucho polvo. No tienen servicio de guardar las maletas, las dejamos en otro sitio que nos costo 22$. El hotel esta al lado de la parada de metro
Perfect location. Friendly staff. Very clean. Super comfortable beds. The location was amazing. A close walk to Empire State Building, MADISON Square Garden, Herald Square, and many subway lines. Very friendly staff. Super comfortable beds.

Very Good no hay servicio de alimentos (hay que salir a comprar o mandar traer) y no hacen la limpieza diario del cuarto, pero la señora es muy amable y me acerco un cobertor la ubicación es muy buena
