Had a fun time but would not stay again. Staff not able to assist us . Could not call for a taxi, could not print boarding passes, could not provide sundries we forgot like toothpaste or a comb. Quiet room, comfortable beds, attractive lobby.
Very Good The lift situation needs to be resolved. 1 lift is just ridiculous. Great location. Huge bed and room was a good size.

Recomendo! So um elevador estava funcionando e isso causou certa espera em alguns momentos! O hotel fica na korea Town! na rua tem restaurantes, cafés e próximo a metros! Muito boa localização! A poucas quadras do Empire State!
