Not great, but good enough The bed took up all the room, couldn't move my luggage. The interior looks old, needs to be updated. The TV was in the total other side from the bed, how are you supposed to watch TV? Plus, I could hear the squeeky floor of the room above me all night long. Big comfortable bed, nice staff

great value for midtown, clean hotel & friendly staff street location was extremely busy. many non hotel guests hang out on front steps location mid town, rooftop deck, clean, relatively quiet

accommodation anwhen checking out no place to leave your luggage till taxi arrives especially if it's an evening flight perfect location for all attractions

Make sure you get a room at the back of the hotel..... unless you are a party animal Noise at the front of the Hotel I stayed at this hotel on two occasions during my recent trip. on the first occasion I stayed on the 8th floor at the front of the hotel, it was like sleeping with the windows open I even got up to double check that they weren't... the noise from the street below was horrendous right until 4am... on the second stay I asked for a room at the back of the hotel, which i was given and it was a completely different... read more

Overall, not a bad place to stay. I would make coffee, tea, and water available in the lobby. The neighborhood is pretty filthy. Coffee in the lobby would be have been nice. The room was quiet and the staff very friendly. The hotel was conveniently located between Penn Station and the organization I needed.

Trop cher pour la qualité de l'hébergement L'absence totale d'isolation sonore : nous avions l'impression que la fenêtre était ouverte, musique et bruits de circulation jusqu'à 3h du matin! Impossible de dormir avant cette heure, même avec des bouchons d'oreille. Pas de petit déjeuner. Bien situé près de Time Square et de Penn Station.

apart from the breakfast thing, i loved it! not having breakfast on the venue. At least a breakfast bag would have been nice. i wish they had told me I could have rented a small fridge for my room. anyhow, the staff was great and always very helpful. great location and a nice rooftop bar, not to mention the late check-out on saturday after a weeklong stay.
