Great spot for a first visit to NYC. The elevator is extremely slow, the rooms need updating, and the cleaning staff used the guest elevators (carts, garbage bins, etc). The rooftop bar’s service was mediocre at best. Rooms could use a mini fridge. Only one ice machine was working. The room needs more hooks for towels etc. there’s no screens on the windows. Wonderful The heater worked too loud, since it often suddenly turned on at the midnight, leading to bad impact for our sleeping. The room was smaller compared to the images and I hardly found the window in my room. Check in was easy and efficient. The room and its restroom were so clean and comfortable to stay in my 3-day duration. Love its location because it was significantly comfortable for us to visit other places and near the k-town in Manhattan where we could find lots of Asian foods, especially Korean food.

Spacious room and very clean. Location was perfect for us as close to Madison Square Garden and Penn Station. Also close to Macy's.
