Good value, clean, great location, friendly staff. Loud street and partying noises in the very early morning hours. The location was close to subway, bagel shop and pizza place. Many restaurants on the street, smelled delicious coming and going. Staff was friendly and lobby was clean. Room was clean and staff cleaned the room on the 2nd night.
