Convenient but don’t expect great service staff didn’t respond to email inquiries I sent through this app, including when I reposted seeing a gigantic dead roach in the gym or asked for an hour early check in. Disappointing Room I paid for a Deluxe double room and there was nothing Deluxe about the room I was given. Literally a tiny room shoved into a corner. Barely any room to move around. We had to push the desk chair out of the way to get to the other bed. No dresser to put away clothes. Very dark. And in 2023 for a hotel in New York City to not have a refrigerator makes no sense.
