Good The breakfast was severely limited. I felt a little duped. The hotel was good. Comfy bed. Nice staff. Good location.

Other than the noise the first night the rest was good The first night we were on the first floor in a front room on the steer. The noise made it impossible to sleep. The next night they moved our room and it was much better
I was completely satisfied with all aspects of my stay in NYC Disappointed in transportation to hotel, it was awful but not sure that the hotel could’ve helped with this process. If so I would like to book that for our next trip! We loved the location! We stayed in a king which was plenty big however no view so we just shut the blinds. The view from the rooftop bar was amazing & those guys were hilarious to hang out with up there...great happy hour specials too! Good מיטה כפולה רגילה ברוחב 1.40 מ' מוגדרת ע"י המלון כמיטת קווין, וכך גם מצויין באתר בוקינג (הטעיה?!). מיטה צרה לזוג מבוגר. המזרון רך ואינו מתאים לאנשים מבוגרים בעלי בעיות גב. ארוחת בוקר טובה(קונטיננטלית). חסרים ירקות. המיקום של המלון מעולה. הצוות אדיב וקואופרטיבי.
Glad it was short-lived! The computers were down when we arrived and at first they were not going to give us a room but, since we had to be at a musical with only 50 minutes to spare and needed to change our clothes, they decided to make copies of my license and credit card and assign us a room. Then, we asked the concierge to get us a taxi and she refused. In addition, the next morning, my daughter took a shower and ran out of cold water. Very enjoyable No view from my room just a building outside The staff were very helpful the breakfast was what I expected and value for money in such a good location
Pleasant Lobby bathrooms and coffee machine were out of service. That area in the basement was smelly. Whenever the persons in the room next door closed their door, our bed shook...like an earthquake.
