צוות מסור ואיכותי. ניהול המלון טעון שיפור משמעותי אחת המעליות התקלקלה ולא תוקנה מאז יום חמישי 14 לאוקטובר. אין במלון שירותי איחסון לנסיבות של עזיבה מאוחרת. אין במלון קונסירג'. הכניסה למלון מהרחוב עם מזוודות בעייתית בשל קיום 3 מדרגות.
