Apenas satisfactorio Personal de recepción poco empático. Me consta que es una práctica bastante generalizada en los hoteles de Estados Unidos, pero igual molesta la rigidez en el horario de check in. No había secador de cabello. Zona muy ruidosa por la noche, por concentrarse mucha gente Uno de los dos ascensores estuvo fuera de servicio por varios días Personal de servicio muy amable

Pleasant Personale della reception veramente molto poco cordiale e disponibile ed a volte addirittura il cartello UFFICIO CHIUSO RIAPERTURA TRA 20 MINUTI….. mai visto in vita mia. Pulizia stanza appena sufficiente…. Dopo 5 notti ho trovato sotto il letto un accendino…io nn fumo…. Posizione super super fantastica

very central, but not value for money No real ammenities at the hotel, for all they offer late check out via email they don’t honour it, as I was told upon checkin. only 2 elevators so can be a little congested at times. the property was central in midtown, east walking to Central Park or Battery Park. Easy to get around plenty of restaurants The roof top bar has a great view of the Empire State Building.

Nice hotel in a great location! There should be better cleaning of the room and bathroom especially, it didn't always seem that way. This was our second time staying in this hotel, we came back due to its great centric location and reasonable prices. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, and the room was quiet and comfortable.
