No iria otra vez! Carece de frigobar. Sólo tiene una cafetera en la mesa de luz. El baño es pequeño. Las ventanas están bloquedas. El desayuno es muy pobre. No tiene restaurante. El personal sólo habla inglés. El último día el conserje (Anthony) se equivocó al pedir un taxi para ir a JFK sólo con 2,20 hs de anticipación y llegamos tarde al aeropuerto perdiendo el vuelo de regreso. No iría otra vez! Buen hotel, muy bien ubicado. WiFi lento. Ubicación, desayuno incluido, guarda valijas tanto para el día de llegada como para la salida, habitaciones muy silenciosas, calefacción.
Overall great hotel prime location. Only a few negatives Breakfast could do with having more options or different Options daily. Tea and coffee facilities in room bathroom window (rm 201) looking out on to a small square of rubbisn nice clean hotel central to wverything
Beds very comfy, quiet on the 9th floor right across from the elevator, very pleasant staff. A little disappointed in the breakfast. Any La Quinta properties I have stayed at always had eggs and either bacon or sausage. This one had neither. It also had no vending machines. The location was perfect. Walked from Grand Central. Walked to Times square. Plenty of restaurants withing walking distance. Also, a wonderful Veterans Day Parade was going on right down the street.
Exceptional the front steps are big steps the location, facilities,staff, breakfast, and 24/7 hot cocoa service
