Exceptional Staff were helpful, hotel was clean, shower was powerful and the location was ideal for getting around, would definitely return, if I was to visit new york again.
Pleasant Our restroom would leak water everytime we took a shower. Floor was very slippery. Rooms very small and gloomy. I'm from Texas where everything is big so I assume in NY you don't have enough space. I reported the water to a cleaning lady and nothing was done. The 1st night when I took a shower I left the clothes I had worn that day on the floor it got totally soaked. Mind you I had to put that clothes into my suit case coming back home. I didnt know you had breakfast in the hotel.

Location, location, location! Shower head dysfunctional, mushy mattress and no coffee in room or luggage storage. Hot water, decent wifi and great location in proximity to Madison Square Garden and Amtrak.
Very Good 가성비는 좋으나 청결도가 좀 떨어짐.. 수건에서 머리카락이 자주나왔고, 침구도 아주 깨끗하진않음. 아침에 복도에서 걸레냄새가 심하게났고 엘베에서 벌레도 만남.. 어메니티는 거의없음. 숙소위치때문에 꽤 시끄러움. 9층이었으나 1시까지 꽤 시끄러웠음. 맨하탄에 이정도 가격에 이정도 위치를 찾기 어려워서 또 갈수도 있을것 같은데 청결도는 감안해야함... 가격 저렴. 위치가 매우 좋음, 한식거리 중간에 있고 지하철 바로옆. 록펠러쪽과 타임스퀘어 가기편함. 침대 푹신.

Standard The rooms weren’t anything special. The location was really the star. Our view was of a brick building lol but for the price it was nothing to complain about The location was great! There were a ton of restaurants, coffee places, and shops around. The staff was very friendly. The shower was nice which is usually a 50/50 chance I’ve found
