A good value for money stay, right in the heart of Manhattan. The decor was a little tired. The hotel could do with a freshen up - nothing major, just a spruce up of paint. The aircon was actually a big unit in our room, which was noisy. We visited during Spring, so the weather was not that warm, and we only needed a quick blast of the aircon to freshen up the room in the mornings - so the noise didn’t bother us. Very Good Ubicación perfecta
Decent hotel at best location Elevator is really slow. Friday nights are too noisy as the near by lot of bars. Location is best Rooms are clean and housekeeping cleaned them everyday. Showers are little confusing Facilities are good. Nice staff
Ottima posizione ma pochi servizi e camera non corriapondente a quella acquistata. Lobby poco accogliente e senza servizi, camere diverse da quelle mostrate in foto, “upgrade gratuito” della camera consistente semplicemente in un letto poco più grande in una stanza identica, “vista sulla città” non esistente, climatizzatore rumoroso. Ottima posizione, stanza pulita.

Very Good Outdated. Needs more facilities within the room example, fridge, kettle supply for tea or coffee station. Thin walls. Close to the city centre. In room - comfy bed.
Very Good need for quieter neighbors location convenient to Penn Station, transit and museum destinations
could be better about the cleaning Quite disappointed by the cleaning : not made every day despite my request. I had to go and ask the front desk for some fresh towels 4 times during our 11 nights stay. location is good, close to the subway and to multiple restaurants. Quite calm at night. Nice staff.
