My stay was very nice. TV channel choice - Lousy Location great. Room nice & clean. Concierge - Fantastic (Very knowledgeable & helpful)
Wonderful
Very Good There was no internet connection in our room. However, I was at work all day, so it did not matter much to me. The hotel is in the heart of Koreatown. There are many resraurants and shops. It is within walking distance to many tourist atractions. The closest subway station is just 2 mins away.
Location is a plus The AC keeps turning on and off during the night which makes it hard to fall into deep sleep for me The location is golden since its right in the middle of KTOWN
It was very clean and great location. However, our room had an iron board but no iron. The elevator was small and super slow. So be patient during the "rush" hour when everyone wants to leave at the same time to go eat!
Good No fridge or microwave. But the location is superb, close to everything!!!! Location, location, location!

בסה"כ מלון טוב אין אפשרות לשמור מזוודות אם החדר לא מוכן או שצריך לפנות חדר מוקדם - היה צורך לשלם בחנות ליד כדי להשאיר את המזוודות. ממוקם טוב-קרוב לתחנת PENN ו HERALD SQUARE. חדר בגודל סביר, מקלחת סבירה ביותר, לא היתה ארוחת בוקר בגלל קורונה. אינטרנט בסדר.
Good bath tub was clogged and drained very slowly - staff was very helpful to rectify the situation blow dryer kept falling out of bracket (broken bracket) difficult to move around in the room - tight space air conditioner was a little noisy - difficult to stay asleep there was no breakfast room is small and tight, but good enough for just sleeping and getting out to the city location is great
