I’d stay again. bathroom was too small conveniently located to Madison square garden and Empire State Building.

An average hotel in a good location There was a constant noise outside the room all night, everything was a bit dated for the price . No tea/coffee etc . No luggage storage facilities , bathroom was cold and old fashioned , It's not the worst hotel but I wouldn't go our of my way to stay here again Good location close to Penn Station , bed was comfortable but all in all I thought it was pretty average .

Decent hotel, would stay there again but could do with a few extras! Hotel facilities very limiting - no additional facilities at all, no sofas, nowhere to really sit comfortably in the lobby when meeting people very much your room is the base. No coffee/tea facilities - had to ask and not readily available. Location was great. Great restaurants and cafe's nearby. Easy for metro etc. Room was basic and comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Great location! Lovely hotel! The gym was closed. I like the way the staff was able to accommodate my hotel room preference.

Perfect location for the price It can be a little noisy if your room is facing the street, but this didn't bother me Great location and room. Great place on 5th to navigate the city from. Incredibly comfortable bed
