My stay in New York was perfect, and the great hotel was one of the many reasons. Nothing that I can think of. During my 10 day stay the only problem I had was the first day when my safe wasn’t working, but this was resolved really quickly and the guy who did it was very friendly. Good location, clean, the room felt very comfortable, friendly and helpful staff.
