Excelente ubicación. El desayuno...poca variedad. No merece la pena. Otro aspecto a tener en cuenta es que el precio que marcan aquí no es el final...cuando vas a hacer el check on te das cuenta que tu precio se incrementa un poco bastante por las tasas... La ubicación del alojamiento es estupenda. Entre la 5 avenida y Broadway. Se llega a Times Square en 10 min. Sin duda la ubicación es lo mejor!

The room was clean, however a housekeeping issue was handled poorly by front desk and the housekeep Housekeeping problem which was handled poorly by front desk and housekeeping mgr. Construction going on was distracting. Continental breakfast was sub par. I would have loved a little peanut butter to put on my toast, very small cups for coffee/tea. Great location, comfortable bed and clean room. Nothing The location is great, the room was a two double beds and i was pretty big considering the size of NY rooms. The bed was super comfy and despite i was right in front of the elevator, the room was quiet. The included breakfast is ok, has breads, fruits, cereal, coffee, juice. Good enough to grab something before you start the day.
Pleasant Bedside lamp didn't work. We had trouble adjusting heat, even though the temp. was set at 72, cold air continued to be pumped into the room. Shower temp. was lukewarm, even at end of shower. Christina at front desk was very, very friendly and very professional
Fair When i got to the hotel i was informed i booked for only one person when there were 2 of us. Additional charge for a second person. Never had this happen at other hotels for only 2 people. Street noise and bed was not made one day as well as trash nit emptied. Desk staff said i could have got room cheaper if i had gone directly through them. Location
